Delivery usually takes 1-4 working days, and can be up to 6 days. You can track your order using the tracking info in the confirmation email we sent to you, and you’ll receive a notification by text or email from our courier shortly before the delivery.

Once we have dispatched your order, you’ll receive a confirmation text or email from us with tracking info. When it’s out for delivery, you’ll receive a notification from our couriers with a timeframe of when your order will be delivered.

If your order is more than 28KG in total weight, it will be delivered in more than 1 box, and your boxes may arrive on separate days. This is because our courier has a maximum delivery weight limit of 30KG per package. Please check the shipping tracking info in your confirmation email for more details.

Currently, we only deliver products to Ireland and Northern Ireland.

If you wish to cancel an order please contact us by email or by phone and quote your order number. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we can cancel the send out and refund payment to you within 48 hours. If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, then you'll need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with labels / tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please refer to our Delivery & Returns policy page for more details.

To start the returns process, you must first contact us by email or by phone and quote the order number supplied to you. We will provide you with guidance on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods. We therefore advise you to use a reliable courier and take out postal insurance cover. If a product is delivered to you damaged or faulty, please contact us by phone or email within 24 hours of receiving it and we will arrange for it to be collected and replaced. Please take photos and send them to us as we will need them to claim from our courier if the item was damaged during transit. Please refer to our Delivery & Returns policy page for further details.

You have a 6 month guarantee period on all of our products. For any products that become damaged through normal use within 6 months of receiving the product, we will either replace, repair or refund you. Please follow the guidelines and process in our Delivery & Returns policy page to ensure that you’re eligible for the warranty.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 3-7 working days of the items returning to our premises. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

No. We believe in transparent pricing. The retail price you see on our site is the total price you pay.

Yes. In our Product Pages, the images labelled “Stock Photos” are photos taken of products from our current stock in Ireland.

If an item has gone out of stock you can message us and we’ll notify you when the product comes back in. We’ll also offer you a discounted price on the item when it has restocked.
